1.2 BetGenie is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider specializing in data management for sports games. Our platform helps users access pre-game and in-play analysis, as well as risk and operations management tools. BetGenie is not a gambling website or a bookmaker. The software is not designed to place bets, and we do not accept or process bets or payments for any sporting outcomes. While users may use our database for their own purposes, including betting, BetGenie has no influence on these decisions and accepts no responsibility for the outcomes.
